1. Nature of Service

The ESP32 & IDF Workshop is a live, in-person workshop conducted at a physical venue. This policy explains how we deliver workshop access and related digital materials.

2. Workshop Delivery

In-Person Workshop

The workshop is conducted in Bengaluru:

  • Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (exact venue shared upon registration)
  • Dates: April 18-19, 2026
  • Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST (both days)

You must attend the workshop in-person at the specified venue. There is no remote attendance option for this workshop.

Hardware Provided On-Site

  • XIAO ESP32-S3 development kits with peripherals are provided at the venue
  • Hardware is for use during the workshop only
  • Hardware is collected back at the end of the workshop
  • No physical items are shipped to participants

3. Digital Delivery

Confirmation Email

Upon successful registration and payment:

  • You will receive a confirmation email within minutes
  • Email includes your registration details and transaction ID
  • Workshop joining instructions are sent 48 hours before the event

LMS Access

After the workshop:

  • You will receive LMS login credentials within 24 hours of workshop completion
  • Access is valid for 1 year from the workshop date
  • LMS includes workshop content, slides, and reference materials

Source Code Access

  • GitHub repository access is provided during the workshop
  • All project source code is available for download
  • Code is licensed for personal and educational use

Certificate of Completion

  • Digital certificate is issued within 7 days of workshop completion
  • Certificate is sent to your registered email address
  • Certificate can be shared on LinkedIn and other platforms

4. Access Requirements

To access digital materials, you need:

  • Valid email address (same as registration)
  • Stable internet connection
  • Compatible web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • For the workshop: Your own laptop with Docker Desktop installed

5. Email Communications

You will receive emails from @analogdata.io addresses containing:

  • Registration confirmation and payment receipt
  • Workshop joining instructions and venue details
  • Pre-workshop setup instructions
  • LMS access credentials
  • Certificate delivery notification

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience issues receiving emails or accessing content:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder for emails from @analogdata.io
  2. Add support@analogdata.io to your contacts
  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  4. Try accessing from a different browser or device
  5. Contact support@analogdata.io for assistance

Our support team responds within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday, 9 AM–6 PM IST).

7. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical products. All materials are either:

  • Provided at the workshop venue (hardware, printed materials)
  • Delivered digitally (LMS access, source code, certificates)
